Our world has been forever changed with the passing of David Martin, Founding Director of Recovery Ventures addiction recovery. David’s legacy is that he changed the world for the better in many, many ways. Because helping other addicts and alcoholics was David’s passion, he made it his career. Through hard work, David developed his vision of a program for long term addiction recovery. He a vision of passion, hard work, and determination. And with Recovery Ventures addiction recovery, David brought his vision to life. However he didn’t just talk the talk, he walked the walk.

Dave always led by example. Everyone who knew David knows that recovery was more than a hobby for him. After graduating a program of recovery himself, David went on to create his own rehabilitative program. Never afraid to roll up his sleeves and get down to the nitty gritty, David’s personal touch is visible in every facet of the Recovery Ventures program.

Every employee and associate at at Recovery Ventures knew David. He was an inspirational part of the Recovery Ventures addiction recovery program, and addiction recovery itself. It’s through his legacy that we will continue to uphold his vision, offering a chance for recovery to anyone willing to work hard and never give up. If you asked him, he’d tell you that sobriety and all its gifts are available to anyone, any time, as long as they’re willing to do the work. Hard work was everything to David, and it showed.

Here at Recovery Ventures, we will continue down the path that David Martin created. Through hard work, determination, patience, tolerance, understanding, love, kindliness, and honesty, we will make a place for anyone seeking the gift of recovery. That was David’s wish, and we will do everything we can to make it come true.
